Hotel Policies

These are general hotel policies for Comfort Hotel Clacton-On-Sea. As they may vary per room type; please also check the room description.

1	Check-in	15:00 - 23:00 hours
2	Check-out	07:00 - 11:00 hours
3	Cancellation	If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
4	Children and extra beds	All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots. All children under 12 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
5	Pets	Pets are not allowed.
6	Accepted credit cards	The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
7	Food & beverage	Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 10:00. Lunch is served from 12:00 until 15:00. Dinner is served from 18:00 until 22:30.
8	Payment Information	Please note that on arrival at the hotel your reservation must be paid for in full.

Comfort Hotel Clacton-On-Sea will not charge you any reservation fees for making this booking, nor charge your credit card. You will simply pay for your stay at the hotel.
Cancellation is free of charge provided you adhere to the notification period stated in the hotel cancellation policy (see "Hotel Policies").
